Big Family Business is an open office for everybody, a spacetime of autonomous program,
as well as a connecting node for art and knowledge exchange and production.

In the context of the 10th Istanbul Biennial, Big Family Business proposes an organic working
model through processing the dynamics of transnational art traffic to initiate one month's
discussion-wise events and happenings on a non-hierarchical communication platform, where
offers free internet, free speech, free coffee/ tea and free activities. Our deal is to run with fun,
club local and be family—on the account of the mobile network of our art community.

Big Family Business is also an independent post-contextual research on the site's urban history,
in terms of economic development, modernization process, biennial fever, etc. The program and production will be shaped by our collective critical voices, and you are invited!
